A 10% deposit of the total payable must be paid within 7 days to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-returnable. The balance due must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday dates, in the event your holiday is less than 6 weeks from time of booking, the total amount will be payable within 7 days.
We advise you to take out holiday insurance. Should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, the following terms apply. Your 10% deposit is non-refundable, so if you cancel between booking and 6 weeks prior to your holiday you will lose your deposit. If you cancel after having paid the total holiday cost, i.e. from 6 weeks prior up to your holiday date, you will lose the full amount paid; however we will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund 80% of the amount paid.
You may enter the property after 4.00pm (1600 hrs) on the day of entry and must be out of the property by no later than 10.00am (10.00 hrs) on your final day. This time is critical for our cleaners to get the property cleaned to an acceptable standard.
This property is our home and as such we would expect you to treat it with care. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, if you move anything around during your stay, please put it back where it came from. All breakages to be paid for, contact our agent as in the welcome book. Should any thing fail during your stay, again please contact our agent.
Should you leave the property in poor condition or with breakages without contacting our agent, we reserve the right to charge you for any expenses incurred.
